Announcing the Lightweight TechNet Library (Beta)

As many of you have noticed, the Lightweight TechNet Library is now live on TechNet.  The Lightweight view offers improved page load times over the Classic (default) view along with a simpler, cleaner presentation.  Our plan is to make Lightweight the default Library view on TechNet after a brief Beta period.
