My name is Jeff Braaten and I work on the Microsoft.com engineering team at Microsoft.
From 2010 to 2012, I worked on the MSDN team and was responsible for guiding our help system experience including the MSDN Library, the Visual Studio Help Viewer and the help runtime delivered with Windows 8. Most of the posts on this blog cover that work.
